Promopays is proud to be a member of the Better Business Bureau’s Community of Trustworthy & Ethical Businesses with our BBB Accreditation serving Central Ontario, and were recently recognized with a 10 year Milestone Accreditation, but what does that mean for you, our customers?

It means that we are a company that puts people first and feel that our BBB accreditation is a testament to this. The Better Business Bureau has been connecting people with businesses, brands, and charities they can trust with an accreditation system that embodies eight principles. These principles are a comprehensive set of best practices for how a business should treat the public in a fair and honest manner. 

What The BBB Accreditation Means

Our Promopays accreditation means that we have been recognized for running a great, trustworthy operation that meets the requirements of the Better Business Bureau’s stringent requirements.  Known as the BBB Standards for Trust, these are the eight principles that they recognize as the important requirements for creating and maintaining trust in business:

Protect any data collected against mishandling and fraud, collect personal information only as needed, and respect the preferences of consumers regarding the use of their information.

Embody Integrity

Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with integrity.
