L.O.T. (Length of Time)?
When considering the above situation, you are most likely looking between 12-15 business days from your final art approval and signed final invoice. In our peak seasons, the months starting mid-September through to the holiday season, and from June to July, is our busiest delivery times. During these times, items may take longer to deliver (16-21 business days). PROMOPAYS tries its best to deliver everything in a timely manner. Although, we cannot forecast unforeseen delivery delays. There is a rush service that is offered at a surcharge price. All deliveries are insured and will not be delivered without insurance, it is not an option.
GUARANTEE?
We guarantee that your order will be kept in strict confidentiality. Any and all agents representing privileged information. (Meaning corporations, actors, sport athletes, or any famous persons, information will be protected under the Information Act, and will not be displayed or advertised, unless we have the written consent from the agent or persons involved).
All our products are inspected before delivery to guarantee that your products are free from defects. If product is damaged via shipping, please notify PROMOPAYS representative and courier person or (carrier meaning transportation or cartage company) in writing via email within 15 days of receipt.
THE RETURN POLICY?
PROMOPAYS believes in quick resolutions. Our mission is to provide our clients with a risk free environment to purchase products. If you have a problem, you must contact our customer service department within 5 business days of receipt of goods. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
Please note that PROMOPAYS will not accept any return of goods unless the customer has been issued a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
SET-UP/SCREEN CHARGE?
The majority of products being offered by PROMOPAYS a setup/screen charge is needed for customized orders, meaning logos or branding. It is the series of processes which your logo or product branding may need to be formatted to make a custom impression (die, digitizing, plate, or screen print). Repeat orders may not be charged a setup/screen charge depending on the supplier of the product.
I NEED LESS THAN THE MINIMUM ORDER, CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME?
You can get less on selected list price items(1pc). When ordering custom products, specific to your branding or logo, the manufacturer may have a surcharge or may not. It depends on the product that is being purchased and also the manufacturer of the product.
I NEED TO HAVE MY LOGO OR ARTWORK EMBROIDERED?
DIGITIZING is the termonology used when transfering a regular file such as a jpeg into a DST file. This DST file allows the embroidery machine to read the artwork and position the needle accordingly. Charges vary on artwork, length, size, height, and stitching count. This will be quoted on your request.
I NEED CLOTHING SCREEN PRINTED?
PROMOPAYS has its own in-house screen printing equipment. This is where it all began for PROMOPAYS. Screen printing is our favourite work. We take pride in our artwork and our finished product. Screen printing is the oldest form of printing. We find it to be the most durable and practical way to print apparel. There are many different setup costs for all different types of work, please read and use the Custom Apparel page for more information on pricing. These prices may change at any time without notice.
WHAT ART FILES DO YOU ACCEPT?
The original artwork is the key to a good print job. We would like for you to provide us with the best artwork, preferrable in the form of Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or PDF file. Single prints or one colour prints are much easier than multi-colour prints. Multi-colour prints are a lengthy process and may not be what you are looking for. We will assist you when multi-colour is needed. If you are not able to do the artwork, we have a flat-rate of $40/hr, minimum 1/2 hr charge.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We normally do not, only under special occasions.
ARE PROMOPAYS' PRODUCTS AVAILABLE TO SHIP OUTSIDE CANADA?
Not all of our products are internationally border friendly. Some items are very tough to clear customs. Custom charges may apply and shipping may delay. The North American Free Trade Agreement allows most non-clothing items to pass customs easily. PROMOPAYS can recommend and direct you towards products that are more border friendly. We, at PROMOPAYS, will notify you before hand.
OOPS I FORGOT!! I'M GOING TO GET IN TROUBLE BY THE BIG BOSS!
There are number of suppliers/manufacturers that PROMOPAYS uses which offer a 5 business day or 48hrs-72hrs turn-around time. These services come with a hefty surcharge. These surcharges vary from suppliers/manufacturers to suppliers/manufacturers. The rush surcharge can only be determined when you have selected the products needed; so, PROMOPAYS representative can contact the supplier/manufacturers involved to find out their surcharges.
DO YOU WHOLESALE NON-PRINTED (BLANKS) CLOTHING?
Yes, we are a distributor of many brands of clothing. Search in our promotional products online catalogue to find certain brand names such as American Apparel, Gildan, etc... We will be able to give you just one or as many as you like.
DO YOU WHOLESALE HIGH END BRAND NAME PRODUCTS?
Yes, we are a distributor of Lacoste, Maui Jim Sunglasses, Seiko Watches, Movado Watches, Citizen Watches, Ebel Watches, ESQ Watches, Tumi Bags, Nike, Reebok, Callaway, Ping, American Apparel, and many more... Please contact us for wholesale pricing. We will only be offering distribution to clients that have Canadian GST # or RST #.
